Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. Chances are that we do ship to your country. We ship to over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

Q. How much will my order cost to ship?
A. We offer various shipping options to various locations, so we recommend our customers to take advantage our automatic shipping cost calculator available on the Checkout page. The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart.

Q. How long will my order take to deliver to me?
A. This depends on a lot of factors including your choice of shipping, your shipping address, whether customs hold your order, the time of the year (holidays), and possibly more. We offer estimated average delivery times quoted by our shipping carrier, Korea Post, but it's possible to take more or less time.

Q. I'm ready to place the order, but I don't have Paypal. Can I use my credit/debit card to pay for my order?
Yes, you can use your credit or debit card to place orders on our store. We use Paypal's secure system to process credit and debit card payment for customers without a Paypal account. Select "Paypal" for your payment method during checkout, and when you are taken to Paypal's payment page, enter your credit/debit card information to complete the transaction without a Paypal account.

Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Among the 3 shipping methods offered on our store (Airmail, Air Parcel, EMS), Air Parcel and EMS support full or partial tracking while Airmail does not support tracking. If tracking information is a high priority for you, please consider using EMS as they support full tracking for all supported countries. Air Parcel is guaranteed to offer tracking information up until it is handed to the air carrier, after that point it may or may not support full tracking depending on your destination country's postal policies.

Q. I'm worried about the safety of my package. Which shipping should I choose?
A. If security and safety of your package is your priority, EMS is the recommended choice of shipping due to its fast and secure delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit, so please consider the value and importance of your order when you choose your shipping option.

Q. How will my goods be packaged?
A. We use a mix of bubblewrap, zip bags, tear-resistant envelops and cardboard boxes depending on the composition/size of the order.

Q. Do you support walk-in shopping?
We do not support walk-ins at the moment. If you are in the area, we recommend that our customers take advantage of our affordable next day shipping available to anywhere in the continental South Korea.

Q. I received a defective product. What do I do?
A. Please email us at admin@etokki.com or through the Contact Us page with a good description of the defect with photos/videos if possible within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you.
